Tienne McKenzie

Tienne is a paralegal specializing in estate planning. She works closely with clients to determine their unique family situation, and assists with document creation to ensure all client concerns are responsibly addressed. She has been with the firm in one capacity or another since its start.

Born in Sydney, Australia, and raised in Chicago, Tienne graduated with honors from the University of Michigan (1998) , where she met Dan. Her enthusiasm for international issues led her to Washington, DC, where she published a monthly newsletter for the non-governmental agency InterAction. Following Dan to Chicago for law school, she worked in the legal department of the Jane Addams Hull House Association.

Since becoming a stay-at-home mom, Tienne has been an active member of the community, volunteering with various organizations. Her four kids ensure she has a solid background in conflict resolution, integrative management, childdevelopment, and motivational speaking. She is passionate about nutrition, literature, and social justice.
